FAQ How do I begin the process of creating my Web site? Complete the program order form. If you need a form, click here to download it. Original photos can be submitted. We will scan the photos and return them to you once the site is complete. Digital photos should be submitted in a .jpg or .tiff format, at least 650 pixels wide (regardless of height) at 72 dpi. Submit the form, along with your photos and logo, to: APSP Affinity Program c/o Miller Davis, Inc. 118 North Main St., Suite 200 Salisbury, NC 28144 How long will it take to develop my Web site? Once Miller Davis receives and processes all your information, your Web site will be developed and live on the Internet within three weeks. Can I add my own pictures to my Web site? Yes. You can add pictures using the administration area of your Web site. If you have questions or need assistance, please e-mail info@APSPEssentialElements.com. Additional charges apply for adding pictures over the base amount. If I submit original photographs, will I get them back? Yes. We will return the photos to you via UPS Ground once we complete the site. Please make sure to include the address you would like the photos shipped to inside the package in which you send them. Is it OK if I have already registered a domain name on my own? Yes. However, you will need to point your domain name to our server so we can host it. Since we did not register the domain, we do not have access to the account and cannot be responsible for making this transition for you. This process generally takes 24 hours to 72 hours to complete with your registrar. This will allow your domain name to be hosted by APSP Essential Elements. Also, please note that unless your domain name is transferred to Miller Davis’ registrar account, we will not be responsible for renewing the domain name as its expiration date approaches. Primary server: ns1.corphosting.net Secondary server: ns2.corphosting.net What happens at the end of my hosting term? A customer service representative will contact you to help you renew your agreement. Once your agreement has expired, your Web site will be de-activated. The site will remain in this status until your renewal agreement has been received and approved by APSP and Miller Davis. Does my Web site have to be hosted by APSP Essential Elements? If you order an On-Demand Web site, it must be hosted on APSP Essential Elements.com. If you have an existing site you would like to keep instead of ordering an On-Demand site, we only perform work on Web sites that are hosted by APSP Essential Elements.com. Can you set up an e-mail address for my company? Yes. If we host your domain name (Web address), we can set up an e-mail address for your company. For more details, see our E-mail Account Setup section. Who do I contact to make changes to my Web site? Call 1-800-323-3996 for direction regarding changes or corrections on your Web site.
